Investing with Frontier

What is the purpose of business? To make the world a little better place while we are here - create value for others in the marketplace.

Why business? It’s the right thing to do. We were graciously given time, energy and talent to do so.

What are we going to do to make the world a little better place? We are going to manage property investments to a profit AND provide great places for people to live so investors receive better than average returns on their portfolios by working with Frontier.

How are we going to do this? We are going to operate the properties so that income (value created) exceeds the cost of delivering said value. We maximize income and reduce expenses in all ways that we know how. We are always refining business operations and investing in our teams to increase profit and improve customer service experiences.

What is our vision – At Frontier, we have your back. Rest well. With Frontier managing your investment, our goal is to achieve a higher return than the investor can get on their own without us.

Clear vision – We can produce a higher return than the operator can on their own. The investor keeps their time and while obtaining maximum profits by working with Frontier.   

Clear strategy – We manage to a budget in AppFolio – our PM Software. We analyze every expense to ensure it’s as low as it can be, we strive to rent apts before they go vacant so that our only days lost to vacancy is the time to turn the unit. How much does that save the investor? Our goal is to have less than 10 days lost to vacancy on average.

Back to the basics - We at Frontier like to keep it simple. What is an investment? – Investing is the committing of resources into an endeavor with the expectation of a positive return. With financial investing, this is money.  Our owners invest hard earned money into properties we manage for them with the expectation of having their investment yield a desired ROI. A real estate investor invests for cashflow, appreciation and to hedge against inflation - the largest of the three being passive cashflow. When our owners purchase property, they are "buying a business" and the point of a business is to deliver value.  Our job at Frontier is to maximize the value we create for our residents and to deliver this value at a cost less than the value received. The result - owner distributions, like clockwork each month!   That's what we strive to do everyday at Frontier. Thank you, Chad
