Chad Murray- Owner / Founder

The founder of Frontier Property Management, licensed real estate broker, and owner/operator in the multifamily space.

Chad, along with help of his family and friends and amazing team at Frontier Property Management, LLC has completed over 100+ multifamily transactions since 2009 and he currently holds hundreds of units in multiple markets throughout Missouri.  Chad founded Frontier Property Management, LLC in 2009 which manages properties for over 60 real estate investment management clients and employs 30 full time professionals. Chad has completed many large historic tax credit projects and prides himself on having a keen eye in identifying good long term buy and hold rental investment opportunities.

Prior to going full time in real estate in January 2009, Chad worked in corporate finance for a large diversified industrial and finance company.

Chad graduated from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg Mo. in 2002 with a Bachelors’ degree in Business Marketing and the University of Phoenix – St. Louis with an MBA where he attended evening classes after work.

Chad and his wife Jessica live in Versailles Missouri with their three children Max, Madison, and Eden. When not working or spending time with family, Chad loves learning about Christ, reading, spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, shooting target archery, and spending time talking real estate and entrepreneurship with friends.
